INKLO is a platform that connects users with individual artists and sellers (tattoo professionals, designers, and merch providers). All returns, cancellations, and refund policies are defined by each individual provider. By placing a booking or purchase, you automatically agree to their terms.
The following terms apply only in cases where no individual terms have been explicitly defined by the provider.
INKLO does not assume legal responsibility for cancellations or refunds. Disputes must be resolved between the user and the provider directly. INKLO may, at its sole discretion, assist in relaying communication but does not act as a mediator and does not guarantee resolution.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Cancellation and refund rights are defined by the artist or seller you are booking or purchasing from.
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
In general, You are not automatically entitled to cancel any booking or purchase, unless permitted under the individual provider's own policy.
Definitions
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods to the address provided by the seller.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
By confirming a booking or purchase, You accept the seller's rules, including terms on deposits, cancellations, and refundability.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
The following Goods generally cannot be returned:

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized

The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over

The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

INKLO does not process refunds or cancellations on behalf of artists or sellers.

You are responsible for reviewing these terms before placing a booking or order.

INKLO may assist in communicating with the provider in case of disputes, but does not guarantee outcomes.
Additional Terms for Users and Providers
For Providers (Artists and Merch Sellers):

You are solely responsible for clearly displaying your own cancellation, refund, delivery, and return policies on your profile or product pages.

Clients accept your terms automatically when they confirm a booking or purchase.

You must ensure that any deposits, cancellation windows, and refund rules are transparent, fair, and legally compliant.

INKLO acts solely as a platform for listing and payment facilitation, and is not a party to the agreement between you and the client.

You assume full responsibility for service execution, delivery, customer communication, and dispute resolution.
By using INKLO to offer services or goods, you agree to the following:
INKLO reserves the right to suspend or remove provider accounts in case of repeated complaints, failure to fulfill agreements, or lack of policy transparency.
